Continental offers a choice of exclusive concierge programs that allow you to provide residents with a level of care that fits your needs and budget.

On-Call Concierge
This service is included in your Luxe management fee at no extra charge. It allows residents to call a dedicated concierge service, or be connected through the front desk, for requests such as dry cleaning, maid service, shopping assistance, and having their cars ready and waiting downstairs.

Front Desk Concierge
Our highly qualified team will train your Front Desk personnel to perform concierge duties, transforming them into on-site Five-Star service experts. Your residents will always have a friendly and familiar face to turn to for assistance. Best of all, this service is absolutely free if Continental Luxe also manages your front desk.

The Continental Five-Star Concierge
This is the most popular choice among exclusive properties. A dedicated Five-Star Concierge will be stationed in your lobby, or wherever you deem most convenient, to cater to every whim and wish of residents. Your concierge will also be a member of Continental Concierge Group, an organization that pools the resources and contacts of our many area concierges. You don’t merely enjoy the luxury of one Five-Star concierge. You get the impeccable resources of Florida’s foremost concierge team.
