Call Center & After Hours Operations

Customer Service Specialists

Our fully staffed Call Center has fourteen (14) customer service representatives who are available to provide prompt, courteous assistance to homeowners and board members. Residents are provided with fast answers to their most commonly asked questions. Ninety seven percent of residents questions are answered by our call center specialists on their first call – this improves client satisfaction and minimizes calls and questions to board members.

After Hours Emergency Call Handling

Once the standard business day comes to a close, our After Hours Emergency Call Handling staff is responsible for the handling of customer service calls.  An After Hours Attendant is always on call and has full access to our ContinentalConnect™ software, so quality service can still be provided at all times. The attendant has the contact information for all of our managers as well as property specific vendor contact information, so they can help directly solve problems at the site.
