Tim joined The Continental Group in 2009 as the Chief Operating Officer overseeing the operational processes of the company. Tim has spent more than 20 years in senior leadership roles, most recently as the Senior Vice President of Resolve Corporation, a former FirstService company providing marketing support and distribution services to Fortune 500 companies. Tim holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN.

Rob Rabin, CPA
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Rob joined The Continental Group in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Continental, Rob served as the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of RailAmerica, a position he held since 2001. From 1991 to 2001, Rob served as a Senior Audit Manager for the international accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Boston University.

Anthony Kalliche
Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Tony joined The Continental Group in 2002 as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining Continental, Tony was a partner in a major Florida law firm for 24 years. Tony is responsible for all legal matters and the corporate compliance of the Company and its subsidiaries. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University and a Juris Doctor Cum Laude from the University of Miami. |

Shelley Chew
President, Commercial Management Division
Shelley is President of the Commercial Management Division having previously held the position of Senior Vice President with Sterling Management, a subsidiary of The Continental Group in the Tampa Bay area.
Her scope of responsibilities includes operational oversight and business development for investment properties, real estate sales offices, individual unit management, commercial real estate and conventional multi-family rental communities. Resort style communities and condominium hotels are also included in the commercial portfolio. |

Stephan R. Titleman
President, Dade Region
Steve joined The Continental Group in 2004 when he launched the Commercial Property Management Division, a new client segment for the company. He rose to the role of President of the Property Management Division in 2007 and now has the responsibility of managing the general operations of the Dade Region. A native of Montreal, Titleman attended Florida International University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, with honors. He is a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Building Contractor and Licensed Community Association Manager. |

Christopher Pappas
President, Broward Region
Christopher is the President for Broward County and Northeast Miami-Dade County. He oversees the property management services for a wide array of residential developments, including condominium hi-rises, single-family developments and hotel-condominiums. Christopher joined Continental more than ten years ago as a Property Manager for

Gary Pyott
President, Palm Beach and Central Florida Regions
Gary serves as President for Central and Palm Beach Regions including Orlando and Jupiter. In this role Gary
oversees property management services for a wide array of residential developments, including condominium hi-rises, single-family developments, multifamily rental conversions and hotel-condominiums. Gary a nine-year employee of Continental began his career with the company as a Community Association Manager in the high-rise client segment. |

Mark Stoops
President, North Florida Region
Mark serves as Continental's President for North Florida Region, including Tampa and Jacksonville. With more than 20 years of experience in property management operations, Mark's leadership as President of Sterling Management (Continental's subsidiary located in the Tampa Bay area), has grown the Sterling organization into the largest management company in that region. A graduate of Western Kentucky University, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a degree in Real Estate Management, and is a licensed Florida real estate broker. |
